Three invoices are waiting for your approval. One is real. Two are out to steal your money — and they look perfect. You could phone the supplier to check. Or you could click Verify and know.
Your supplier issued it, sealed it, and sent it. The amount and the bank account are exactly as they wrote them.
Somewhere between your supplier and you, someone bumped the total to $44,850 and pointed the payment offshore. To the naked eye? Just another invoice.
This fraudster didn't tamper with anything. They rebuilt the invoice from scratch — right invoice number, right amounts — slipped in their own bank account, and sealed it properly with an identity they registered that morning. Every technical check passes. It would sail right through any tool that only checks the seal. TrustDID asks the question that matters: does anyone you trust stand behind the sender?
Every TrustDID document carries its own tamper-proof seal. Checking it answers two plain questions: Is it genuine — untouched since it was sealed? And who vouches for the sender — are they on a list of suppliers you approved? That list is a trust registry: this demo uses TrustDID's public one, and your organization gets its own private one. No training, no phone tag, no judgment calls — the fakes announce themselves.
The button calls the same public TrustDID API anyone can use: it checks the signature in the
.vrfy sidecar against the signer's published identity and DNS records, then your own
browser downloads the invoice and recomputes its cryptographic fingerprint — one changed byte
and the doctored copy is caught. The signer is then looked up in the trust registry. The document
itself never leaves your browser.
Seal and check documents right from your desktop — one right-click in File Explorer.
Add-ins that check emails and their attachments right in your inbox — where the invoices actually arrive.
Extensions for Chrome, Edge and Firefox — documents check themselves as you download them.
When you and your business partners run TrustDID, every invoice, purchase order and contract between you arrives sealed and checks itself — a trusted ecosystem with your suppliers, and the guesswork out of the picture. No more “just confirming your bank details” calls. That's the simpler life.
